whoaaaa last entry was in sep… looks like i’ve beeen really BUZZAYEE! since this entry was already half-done, im jus gonna complete it!

 

6th September – it’s a saturday! went hort park at night with wq, angeline and her sis as they both will be holding their 21st birthday party together there

my peeeple, it’s a MUST to check this place out!

 

 2nd acitivity on that same night was a chill-out session at bert’s place. it’s sorta a farewell gathering for the boys before going army.

our impromptu plan was to get the host down… and we DID! haha. the next 2 hours were probably the only time we see albert glueeeee to the toilet bowl in four years. teeheehee.

 that night ended at 4 in the morning with the living room filled with drunkards. haha.

so… mi will be off to genting again this sunday! am pretty stoked about it cos i will get to see the breathtaking night scenaries again and this time, i m able to go in a complete peace of mind cuz it.is.not.gonna clash with any gathering and stuff unlike the previous trip… hoooooooorayyyy! anddd… i wanna bring home some big fat lions too! hahahaha

Yap’s 21st!

22nd aug – saturday was yap’s advance birthday celebration for her 21st! waaa… cannot believe how fast time flies. in a blink of an eye,  this year is already the 8th time saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY to each other ( minus sec 1 cos i dont remember remembering her birthday ha ha). in other words, yap is one of my oldest friends! 恭喜你!! ha ha. so anyway, she invited us to her place for steamboat and by the time we arrived, the house was 3/4 filled with guests liao! the birthday girl was nowhere in sight but we managed to spot auntie alice almost instantly. we greeted her, and the first thing she did when she turned around was to smack my arm and went, ” so long never come already! “ haha. altho it’s been like 4 years since then, she’s still the funny and jovial auntie alice we know!

the wide spread of sumptuous treat yap and family prepared.. yum yum. i totally dig that home-marinated black pepper chicken… like i even suggested paying for another steamboat session at her place! we took over the table after the cut-cake ceremony as most of her poly friends were leaving by then. hehe. we had good food, we had a enjoyable time gossiping about teachers and laughing mad at ‘Those were the Times’ and in the midst of having a great time, it started to rain outside… neat neat neat. like there was one particular year, sec 3 i think, we played a silly prank on yap’s birthday. we made her super sad in school by pretending to forget it’s her birthday and find stupid excuses and ways to ignore her. hahaha. by late noon, we invaded her house with the cake and stuff while she went down to ‘pass gina chinese textbook’ and tada… SURPRISE! i think she really got the shock of her life when she saw us in her house.  hahaha. it’s all a hoax but our scheme was a success! thinking back, we were really childish and silly… but who cares, those were the times right!

we stayed and watch yap unwrap all the gifts… talk crap, more gossips and laughed even harder this time. haha. it was fun! left around 2+ am…

Ikea Meatballs

 

 call me living in a nutshell, i finally had the chance to try ikea meatballs yesterday and i couldnt agree more that they lived up to their name! hhahaha. i was expecting something like subway’s tomato meatballs but this is soo much better. hehe. be definitely going back for more!
